Doroteya Voeva is the Managing Partner of MDV Professional Education. She has a professional background in finance and accounting and has performed high executive and consultant roles for large Bulgarian and international corporations (Financial Manager, CFO). Doroteya is also an ACCA member.

He is a Corporate Finance (CF) qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is also part of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), the US business valuation institution. Georgi has significant professional experience in accounting, consulting and corporate finance areas, and he has worked for many years in London and Geneva, prior to returning to Bulgaria at the end of 2005, where he spent three years in the Financial Advisory Services of Deloitte Bulgaria leading due diligence, valuation, and buy and sell side advisory engagements for major international and Bulgarian clients such as EON, KBC Bank, Magyar Telecom, BTC, BBB Group, Business Park Sofia, OCK, Gorubso Madan etc.
Junior Accountant, Managing Key Account Expert
Veronika has graduated the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” with BA in International Economic Relations. She is currently studying part-time MA in Law at the same university. Veronika decided to expand her expertise further and continued her parallel studies with and MA in Auditing at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Her previous experience includes internship at Veliko Tarnovo’s Bar Association, she was also a participant in the program for international students’ exchange Work and Travel. In 2015 Veronika took part in the international forum Model of the European Union – Belgrade, Serbia. In January 2016 Veronika joined MDV’s team and is now Junior Accountant, Managing Key Clients Expert in the company.
She has graduated the American University in Bulgaria with BA in Business Administration with Marketing and HR Management concentration and Minor in Economics. Maria’s previous experience includes working for BPP Professional Education, MEMRB (Middle East Market Research Bureau) Information and Business Solutions Provider, an internship at Peshtostroy and she was also a participant in Work and Travel USA programme.

Tzvetelina Koleva is a professional with many years of experience in the field of the financial audit and accounting advisory services, accumulated mainly during her career in one of the so-called consulting practices from the Big Four. In recent years, she has been a partner responsible for the development of the audit practices and risk management in Bulgaria and in the region. Tzvetelina graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia with a Master’s degree in Finance. She has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK since 2002 and since 2007 has been a registered auditor and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria (ICPA). She has a certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She has participated in various working groups at ICPA, formed on the occasion of legislative changes in the field of auditing, accounting and the fight against terrorist financing and money laundering. Tzvetelina has a long-standing experience in delivering general and tailored trainings to upgrade professional skills under IFRS in the country and abroad. She has participated in projects aimed at managing the transformation and the adoption of IFRS in key enterprises and industries.

Lincoln designs, writes and presents post-qualification training courses, workshops and seminars for accounting professionals. He also teaches accountants for their ACCA and ICAEW accounting exams. He is also the former Managing Director of BPP in Jersey. Lincoln has held various Course Manager and Director roles and also the National Subject Manager roles for ICAEW Advanced stage Corporate Reporting and Audit and Assurance. Outside BPP Lincoln has been an examinations marker for ACCA and ICAEW Case Study. Lincoln’s background in education enables him to communicate detailed and complex subject material in a dynamic and efficient manner. It is interesting to mention that Lincoln has been an actor in the past and having this qualification and personal qualities, he is able to deliver technical information in a very engaging and entertaining manner. Boryana is a Certified Microsoft Trainer with over 10 years of experience as an IT instructor and consultant. She has a Master Degree in Mathematics and Informatics from the “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” University in Veliko Tarnovo. Boryana holds a number of professional qualifications and certificates, some of which include Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, Microsoft Office Specialist – Master and Most Valuable Professional – Excel 2012. In 2008 she has been included in the TOP 25 of the best Microsoft Office instructors according to the international business evaluation and measurement company Knowledge Advisors. She is also a creator and administrator of a the Microsoft Office Bulgaria users group under the supervision of Microsoft Bulgaria.
Petr has a degree in Finance & Business Valuation from Prague University of Economics. Before joining BPP in 2007, Petr started his career in audit services, later he worked for T-Mobile CZ in the area of financial management, controlling and reporting. Petr was promoted to take up a role of Managing Director for BPP Czech Republic in 2011. He teaches courses on accounting, financial reporting and auditing with many years of international experience with students in Czech Republic, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Greece and Slovenia. In 2015 he joined the global network of BPP Premier Members, becoming the Managing Partner of Ineo in the Czech Republic.

Iliya holds a Magister Juris degree from Oxford University where he specialized in corporate finance, International Financial and European law. He also holds Legal English diploma from the University of California San Diego, a Master’s degree in law with honors from Sofia University and a certificate in US Business law. Iliya is a full-time attorney-at-law admitted for practice to the Bulgarian Bar. Prior to his return to Bulgaria in 2007, he has worked in Massachusetts and London. From 2007 until April 2009, Iliya has worked with the legal department of Ernst & Young. At present, he is part of Dinova & Rusev Law office. He has participated in most of the major finance and energy projects that have taken place in Bulgaria for the past three years. Iliya is working mainly in the fields of Corporate, Financial and Energy law. He is one of the few lawyers in Bulgaria, specializing in climate change and carbon trading. Iliya is teaching ACCA F4 (Global) in Bulgaria and Romania.
